NewsCaster products feature our exclusive News Style™ templates to make your shows easy to stack and flawless to run. NewsMaker will assist you in the basic configuration of templates to get you up and running. Additional customization and creation of show specific News Styles is also available.
Onsite Technical Training
NewsMaker Systems technical staff are available to travel to your site to lead your technical staff through the key aspects of configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting your NewsMaker Systems installation. Technical courses can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization.
Systems Administration includes changes to the core system parameters such as system tuning, changes of user rights and priorities and other low level functions. These are generally made through the system's set-up configuration. NewsMaker Systems specialists can make these changes remotely via the internet.
Factory Warranty & Service Policy
The NewsMaker Systems factory warranty and services policy covers all NewsMaker hardware and software for the first 12 months after delivery, or 12 months after installation, which ever is first. NewsMaker Systems will replace or repair hardware components that fail under normal use during this time period. The NewsMaker Systems first year warranty and support include:
